INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Greek Yoghurt
- 2 scoops Happy Way Choc Banana Protein Powder
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
METHOD
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Use a blender if you prefer a smoother base.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze until firm (about 4–5 hours, or overnight for best results).
- Remove from the moulds and enjoy straight away!
